Step 1: The Essential Tune-Up
Before we apply our advanced protection, we ensure your roof is in peak physical condition. This mandatory prep work includes:
- Debris Removal: Thorough gutter cleaning and tree trimming to prevent moisture buildup.
- Penetration Sealing: Maintenance on pipe boots and sealing of exposed nail holes.
Structural Check: Re-sealing loose shingles and ensuring the roof deck is secure.
Step 2: Molecular Shielding
Once your roof is tuned up, we apply our specialized nanotechnology. This treatment penetrates deep into the shingles to replenish lost shingle oils and create a permanent, hydrophobic barrier.
